How Much is Shipping?
Shipping within the UK is free. Shipping rates outside of the UK are determined by weight and destination. Once you add items to your basket and input your shipping address during checkout, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated and displayed for you.
Average Shipping Cost to EU is £1.50
Average Shipping Cost to Rest of World is £2.00
How Much is This in my currency?
The Spotted Sparrow accepts British Pounds, US Dollars and Euro. Select your currency from the drop-down menu at the top, right of the page. Prices will then be automatically converted to the currency you selected.
When Will I Receive my Purchase?
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of your payment. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
Europe: 3-7 working days
Rest of World: 7-14 working days
How Can I Pay for My Order?
You can pay with PayPal. Customers in the UK also have the option to pay via credit card or bank wire transfer.
PayPal
Select the PayPal payment option during checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can complete the transaction using your PayPal account or credit card.
Credit Card
Credit Card payments are processed via Secure Trading's secure checkout. Select the Credit Card payment option during checkout. You will be redirected to Secure Trading's payment pages where you can finish your transaction.
Bank Wire Transfer
Select the Bank Wire Transfer payment option during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of your order that includes our bank details. Please be sure to include your order number when sending your transfer, otherwise we may not be able to match your payment with your order.

What does FSC-certified mean?
FSC-certified means that the paper is made only from well-managed forests, controlled sources, and recycled wood or fiber. Certifications are approved by the Forest Stewardship Council. All Spotted Sparrow products are made with FSC-certified paper.
What is post-consumer waste?
Post-consumer waste is material discarded after consumer use, such as old magazines, newspapers, telephone directories and household paper. That means the paper is only made of pre-used paper that will no longer be going into a landfill. The majority of Spotted Sparrow products are made with 100% post-consumer waste paper.
