How can I pay for my order?
The Spotted Sparrow accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  European customers also have the option pay by bank transfer.

PayPal
Select the "PayPal or Credit Card" payment option.  You will be directed to PayPal where you can complete your transaction.

Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed via PayPal, but do not require a PayPal account.  When placing your order, select the Credit Card payment option.  You will be directed to the PayPal site, where you should look for the credit card logos on the left-hand side.  Click "Continue", fill in the requested information and follow the prompts to complete your payment.  Your transaction is 100% secure and you pay absolutely no PayPal fees.

Bank Transfer
Select the "Bank Transfer" payment option.  You will receive an E-mail confirmation of your order that will include our bank details.  Please be sure to include your order number when sending your transfer.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, you can find quantity discounts on each product listing.

Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, please contact me for my wholesale prices and terms.  Spotted Sparrow products are currently being sold in boutiques and specialty stores around the world.

Do you use recycled paper?
Absolutely!  I love paper, but not at the sacrifice of all those beautiful trees.  All Spotted Sparrow products are made from recycled, re-purposed, and FSC-certified paper.

What does FSC-certified mean?
FSC-certified means that the paper is made only from well-managed forests, controlled sources, and recycled wood or fiber.  Certifications are approved by the Forest Stewardship Council.
