Shipping within Britain is free. Shipping rates outside of Britain are determined by weight and destination. Once you add items to your basket and input your shipping address during checkout, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated and displayed for you.

Average Shipping Cost to EU is £1.50

Average Shipping Cost to Rest of World is £2.00

How Much is This in US Dollars?

The Spotted Sparrow accepts British Pounds, US Dollars, Euro, Australian Dollars and Canadian Dollars. Select your currency from the drop-down menu at the top, right of the page. Prices will then be automatically converted to the currency you selected.

When Will I Receive my Purchase?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of your payment. Personalised items may require one additional working day. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 1-3 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

Rest of World: 7-14 working days

How Can I Pay for My Order?

You can pay with PayPal or a major credit card. British and European customers may also pay by bank transfer.

PayPal
Select the PayPal payment option during checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can complete the transaction.

Credit Card
Credit Card payments are processed via PayPal's secure checkout. Select the PayPal payment option during checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can enter your credit card details. You do not need a PayPal account nor will you pay any PayPal fees.

Bank Transfer
Select the Bank Transfer payment option during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of your order that includes our bank details. Please be sure to include your order number when sending your transfer, otherwise we may not be able to match your payment with your order.

What does FSC-certified mean?

FSC-certified means that the paper is made only from well-managed forests, controlled sources, and recycled wood or fiber. Certifications are approved by the Forest Stewardship Council.

What is post-consumer waste?

Post-consumer waste is material discarded after consumer use, such as old magazines, newspapers, telephone directories and household paper. That means the paper is only made of pre-used paper that will no longer be going into a landfill.
