Shipping

The Spotted Sparrow ships worldwide through Royal Mail, the British postal system. Domestic orders are shipped First Class, and international orders are shipped Airmail. Shipping prices are actual Royal Mail shipping costs with no extra charges for handling or packaging. To help minimise environmental impact, we use recycled and re-purposed packaging and shipping materials.

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of your payment. Personalised items may require one additional working day. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 1-3 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

Rest of World: 7-14 working days

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

Returns

The Spotted Sparrow aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your Spotted Sparrow products, we will be happy to refund or exchange the purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:

• You must contact the Spotted Sparrow within 28 days to arrange the return
• Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation

If, for some reason, you receive incorrect or faulty goods, you must contact the Spotted Sparrow within 10 days to arrange collection and return.

Personalised products may not be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications of the order.
