Shipping

The Spotted Sparrow ships worldwide through Deutsche Post, the German postal system.  Shipping prices are actual Deutsche Post shipping costs with no extra charges for handling or packaging.  To help minimize environmental impact, I use recycled and re-purposed packaging and shipping materials.  All packages are shipped with love and care to ensure they reach you in top form.

Unfortunately, the Spotted Sparrow cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.  This happens very rarely, but if you are concerned about having your purchase shipped from Germany, please consider purchasing insurance is at an additional cost.  Please contact me for a quote.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  Estimated shipping times are as follows:

US & Canada

Rest of World
7-15 days

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

The Spotted Sparrow's products are made, packaged, and shipped with the utmost attention to detail.  I think you will love your purchase!  If there is something you are unsatisfied with, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  Returned items must be in their original condition and in their original, unopened packaging.

Versand

The Spotted Sparrow verschickt weltweit mit Deutsche Post.  Versandkosten sind aktuelle Preise der Deutschen Post, ohne Gebühren für Verpackung und Bearbeitung.  Um die Belastung auf die Umwelt gering zu halten, benutze ich wiederverwertetes und Recycling-Verpackungsmaterial.  Alle Produkte werden mit liebevoller Sorgfalt verschickt, sodass sie ihren Empfanger in bestem zustand erreichen.

Leider kann The Spotted Sparrow nicht für den Verlust oder die Beschädigung von Produkten wahrend des Transports verantwortlich gemacht werden.  Bisher ist dies jedoch noch bei keinem Kunden vorgekommen, aber Versandversicherung ist gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.  Kontaktieren Sie mich bitte für Details.

Alle Produkte werden mit äußerster Aufmerksamkeit auf Details hergestellt, verpackt, und verschickt.  Ich glaube, dass Sie mit ihrem Kauf sehr zufrieden sein werden!  Sollten Sie einmal mit etwas nicht zufrieden sein, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt ihrer Bestellung.  Rückgegebene Produkte müssen im Originalzustand und der originalen, ungeöffneten Verpackung sein.
